For architects & builders

Protect your design. Control the process.

You were trained to design and to build, not to decode correction letters. We handle the land use and permit process alongside you, so your client sees a project that moves and a team that anticipated every step.

Ways to work with us

Why architects and builders refer us

You look prepared. Your client feels safe.

  • Staff-ready submittals. We anticipate what planning, building, fire and environmental health will ask, before they ask it.
  • Fewer resubmittals. Every correction has an owner, a response and a date, tracked in writing.
  • Board-ready design review. A package and narrative that keep the conversation on the design.
  • Your billable hours back. The portal, the follow-ups and the status calls come off your plate.
  • A realistic start date. Builders can hold crews and subs against a timeline grounded in how review actually unfolds.
  • Your client stays yours. We work for the project, alongside you, and you remain the lead.

Questions

Working together.

Will you go around me to my client?

No. You own the client relationship and the design. We copy you on everything, report through you if you prefer, and never offer design opinions to your client.

How do you charge?

Defined deliverables at a fixed fee wherever possible, such as the Pre-Flight Review and path memos, with a monthly retainer for ongoing liaison. No surprise hourly invoices.

Can you step in mid-project?

Yes. Send us the case number and the latest correspondence and we'll tell you within a few days what's holding the file and what it will take.
