Construction is delivered in partnership with SYV Property Advisor. Melissa Krantz, property advisor and project manager, leads the work: your advocate managing the builder, the budget and the schedule on your behalf, from bid to final inspection.

Who is SYV Property Advisor?
SYV Property Advisor is Black Oak's partner for owner advocacy and construction management, and Melissa Krantz, its property advisor and project manager, leads every engagement. Black Oak stays involved through the same relationship, so nothing is lost between approvals and construction.
How is an owner's representative paid?
Typically a monthly retainer or a percentage of construction cost, agreed up front. The owner's rep is paid by you and works only for you.

You keep one relationship: Black Oak stays involved, the conditions of approval travel with the project, and Melissa reports to you on budget, schedule and quality in writing.
